How to make a booking

1. Send an email to us with the following information:
a. your name
b. contact number
c. the number in your party (adults / children / infants)
d. your preferred arrival / departure dates
e. special requests (e.g. airport transfer, car hire, etc)

2. We will then reply to your email with confirmation of availability and a booking-confirmation-form, which should be filled in and returned to us as soon as possible.

3. At the time of booking (i.e. when you return the booking form to us), we will require a deposit of 30% of the cost of the booking, which then confirms your booking with us.

4. 8 weeks prior to your arrival at the property, we require the balance (+ refundable breakages deposit) to be paid.
